Bugle Hoogland
Just like the trumpet and cornet, the bugle belongs to the group of 'brass instruments'. The difference between these instruments lies in their sound: you can recognize a trumpet by its clear and radiant sound, the sound of the cornet is often slightly less clear and the sound of the bugle can best be described as warm and round. The technique for playing these instruments is almost the same.
A good age to start playing the bugle is 7 or 8 years old. The teachers check per individual whether you are physically able to play the bugle. Our teachers will discuss the options with you.
