Classical Ballet

Technique and elegance play a major role in this dance form. Excellent for body awareness. Exercises are done at the ballet barre or in the "centre" of the studio. In the lesson the attention is on coordination, control and execution, but the pleasure of practicing ballet is paramount.


On Wednesdays we work with the Cecchetti method. Dance Center Amersfoort is one of the few dance schools in the Netherlands that is allowed to work according to the Cecchetti method. Our teacher Eelena is a certified and registered dance teacher in the Cecchetti ballet method.


Everyone is welcome and fun is paramount! You are more than welcome to do a trial lesson without obligation!
